“Local problems require local solutions.” As a coalition we understand that people support what they help create. RVR serves nine towns of the River Valley area which include Andover, Byron, Canton, Dixfield, Hanover, Mexico, Peru, Roxbury, and Rumford, with a total population of about 15,000.
